Yojié Onsite Interviews

For three days, the Yojié management team held onsite interviews and over 150 applicants were interviewed...ONLY 29 WERE HIRED! Out of the large pool of applicants our team selected only the best qualified managers, servers, bartenders, kitchen preps, expedites, & sanitation officers. Now that we have a full staff, its time to train, train, and train some more.



Mendrick looks over the scheduled appointments as an applicant signs in.



To inform the applicants about qualities that Yojié is looking, we had job description on display for every postion.

Downtown LA Location UPDATE

Since the last post, there have been tons of progress made by our construction team. Drywall and tiling has been installed along with all the ventilation systems! Below are some more photos for your viewing pleasure.




Our centerpeice, THE Sake Bar. Here we'll offer a large variety of imported sakes and sake concoctions.

Downtown Location Under Construction

These are just a few photos of the new Yojié Japanese Fondue and Sake bar, that is under construction on the corner of Olympic and Grand Ave in Downtown LA. This will be the second brand of Shabu Shabu restaurants for Yojie Inc.
